Suitable For: This workshop is ideal for businesses based in and around the Manor Royal BID area who are interested in understanding and applying generative AI in a practical way. It is designed for professionals from all sectors — including admin, operations, customer service, leadership, or project management — who are keen to learn how to save time, improve workflows, and feel more confident using AI in their role. No prior knowledge of AI is required.
Summary: This in-person, half-day course introduces generative AI (GenAI) and how it can be used to improve personal productivity and business efficiency. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what GenAI is, how to use it safely and effectively, and where it can make the biggest difference in their day-to-day work. The session is highly practical and hands-on, not theoretical or lecture based. This training is designed and delivered by AI Potential, one of the UK’s leading GenAI training providers, and aligned to current and upcoming regulations including the EU AI Act.
Course Content: Participants will cover the following topics:
• What is Generative AI, and why it matters
• Common tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini
• How to prompt effectively
• Applying AI to your own workflow
• Exploring real-world use cases across roles
• Building confidence using GenAI in a business setting
• Understanding the regulatory landscape (incl. the EU AI Act)
All participants will receive a digital onboarding pack ahead of the session, including setup guides, FAQs, and a short video to help them prepare.

Further Information: Delegates must bring their own laptops. Internet access will be provided onsite. Delegates are encouraged to have access to ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot (paid versions recommended where possible). All delegates will receive a notepad, pen, and course materials will be provided digitally. Refreshments and lunch are included in the course price. In the interest of helping the environment, wherever possible, delegates are encouraged to travel to and from the venue via sustainable transport methods (i.e., walking, bus, cycling, and car sharing).
