Manor Royal BID is proud to announce the return of the Manor Royal Recognition Awards, celebrating outstanding contributions within the Business District community.
The awards aim to honour individuals and companies demonstrating exceptional commitment to community engagement, environmental sustainability, employee well-being, social responsibility and more.
Nominations for each award category open on 1st January 2027, with Manor Royal Recognition Awards ceremony taking place in May 2027.

Recognising someone who is genuinely committed to “giving back” to their local community.
Perhaps they have raised, or helped to raise, a lot of money for good causes, maybe they have given up a lot of their own time to support a local charity, volunteered at a local school or community group or contributed to improving the environment in some way.
This person really stands out and deserves to be recognised for the support they voluntarily give to making our community a better one.
No one is a saint but some people standout for the kindness they show others.
Perhaps there is someone in your organisation who always thinks of others.
They are a brilliant team mate who always seems to put others first, who shows empathy and brings out the best in the people around them.
They could be a colleague or a manager who you would really miss if they weren’t there and that, without them, the place just wouldn’t be the same.
Kindness is a sometimes under-appreciated quality and this person should be celebrated for having this in bucket-loads.
Is there someone in your business, a colleague or employee, who has proven themselves to be a devoted and committed individual over many years who deserves celebrating?
They have proven themselves both highly professional and loyal to the company an act as a role model of dedication and service.
This award recognises managers who inspire, support, and empower their teams to achieve their best.
A manager who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, fostered a positive team culture, championed development, or gone above and beyond to support colleagues and business success, impacting individuals, teams, and outcomes.
Does your business really care for its employees?
Do they have programmes in place to support employee wellbeing and show genuine commitment to making everyone feel valued and included?
They may not always get everything right, but this is the sort of company almost everyone enjoys working for and do things that other companies could learn from.
This is the type of company that really does show it cares about the local community and commits to a set of principles and values that makes a positive and lasting difference to the community and society generally.
Does your company think “beyond profit” to encourage volunteering, support local charities and good causes, employ local people or makes conscious decisions to use local suppliers?
That’s the kind of company that ought to be recognised for really caring about its social value impact.
Does your company demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving the environment?

This category recognises someone who has made an outstanding contribution to improving the Manor Royal Business District in some way, whose exceptional talents, skills or dedication has helped improve the area for everyone.
They might not necessarily be from a Manor Royal company but they are someone who, in the opinion of the BID Board, deserve to be recognised for the contribution they have made.
