Rentokil Initial supports local food bank

Rentokil Initial supports local food bank

Rentokil in Manor Royal, hosted a Christmas Fayre in their Compass House head office for all staff based in the region in December.

Often when we have these kinds of events, a raffle is held and prizes donated so that staff can raise cash for chosen charities.

However, this year, the team decided instead to support Crawley Open House by asking staff to bring in gifts or practical items which can then go directly to the charity.

A list was provided of the types of items to donate, ranging from toiletries, confectionery for gift bags and kettles, toasters and other useful kitchen items.

You can see from the picture just how successful the appeal was! RI Cares (Rentokil Initial Cares) donated £500 to the Crawley Open House Foodbank, plus approx £200

The gifts were handed over to Ian from Crawley Open House, who attended the event.
