Since 2013 the Manor Royal BID has been delivering area specific improvements and additional services that no other organisation is or would deliver. The key focus for what the BID does is what you, the businesses, want to see improved and delivered.
Businesses occupying premises of £12,000 rateable value or more make a small annual contribution, called the BID Levy. This contribution is not enough to deliver everything the area needs so the BID uses the levy to help secure additional investment, which it has been very successful at doing for the benefit of the businesses and people of Manor Royal.
We are just over halfway through the current five-year BID term and we want your feedback to make sure we are still delivering on your priorities and doing what you need us to do as we start thinking about our next Business Plan and future investments for Manor Royal.
