A hotel in Manor Royal is inviting the local community to help make Easter “egg-stra special” by donating chocolate eggs for a charitable cause.
Ibis Styles Gatwick has launched an Easter egg collection campaign in support of the RPD Foundation, aiming to provide seasonal treats to those supported by the charity.
The hotel is encouraging residents, visitors and local businesses to donate Easter eggs that will be passed on to the foundation as a special spring surprise. The initiative forms part of the hotel’s ongoing efforts to support community organisations and bring people together during the Easter season.
Donations can be dropped off at the hotel between Monday 23 February and Thursday 31 March, giving supporters several weeks to contribute to the appeal.
Organisers say even a single chocolate egg can make a difference, helping to brighten someone’s Easter and spread a little seasonal joy.
The collection point is located at Ibis Styles Gatwick on London Road in Crawley, where staff will gather donations before they are distributed to the charity.
Simply bring along an Easter egg and add it to the growing collection.
With Easter approaching, organisers hope the initiative will encourage people across the area to get involved and help ensure the holiday is a little sweeter for those who need it most.
