Sarah Restall is Senior Consultant and Head of Strategic Wellbeing and Engagement at Wellbeing With Cari
Sarah has an impressive background working in cultural change specific to creating mentally healthy workplaces and supporting organisations with designing wellbeing strategies. She works as a Specialist Consultant and Engagement Manager at Wellbeing with Cari where she supports organisational development and consults with clients to design psychologically safe environments using the insights gained from implementing the AI wellbeing platform.
She has been a Director at the InsideOut LeaderBoard for the InsideOut Charter supporting wellbeing in the workplace, eliminating the stigma associated with mental health problems with a focus on engaging Senior Leaders. With a wealth of experience gained working for Mind on the Time to Change Employers Team, her background includes offering expert consulting, coaching and support. She also develops tools for employers to practically apply in their workplace.
Sarah designs and delivers presentations and has an impressive history of delivering to external forums as a passionate keynote speaker, panellist and panel facilitator.
