Manor Royal's Know Your Neighbour event back by popular demand

Manor Royal BID is bringing back its widely acclaimed ‘Know Your Neighbour' event on 18th May 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Crawley. Bookings are now being taken for Manor Royal companies to exhibit at the event, or attend as delegates.

The event, which last year attracted more than 60 exhibitors and 300 delegates, enables companies located on Manor Royal Business District get to know each other, creating a stronger sense of community as well as boosting local trade.

Steve Sawyer, Executive Director of Manor Royal Business Improvement District (BID) said: "There is always a great buzz in the room at our ‘Know Your Neighbour' event. We are lucky to have a strong and successful business community on Manor Royal, ranging from globally-recognised corporates through to innovative smaller enterprises. By bringing everyone together in this way, we are helping to grow the local economy and showcase local firms."

As well as the free business exhibition, delegates will be able to attend three workshop sessions and undertake plenty of networking during the day. Delegates at this year's event will also be among the first discover the results of the area-wide consultation of Manor Royal businesses.

Trevor Williams, Chairman of the BID, emphasised that businesses attending the event welcomed the chance to engage, share views and explore mutual business opportunities.

He added: "It is always pleasing to see so many businesses meeting in one place and taking advantage of this excellent opportunity to identify new customers and suppliers and share knowledge. Importantly it will be a great opportunity to discuss the early findings of the consultation we're conducting to help shape future activities of the Manor Royal BID".
