Young talent to be inspired by Manor Royal firm

Young talent to be inspired by Manor Royal firm

The Young Start-up Talent scheme is proud to welcome on board its newest Gatwick Sponsor - B&CE.

Based in Manor Royal, the company is thrilled to be making a mark on the future of young entrepreneurs in the Gatwick Diamond area with the initiative, which is aimed at aspiring 16-25 year olds, looking forward to the benefits of working closely with B&CE.

Joining YST's judging panel this year and deciphering which entrant will be walking away with the prize fund worth £50k will be B&CE's Director of People and Premises - Zoe Wright. Having joined the company in 2013, Zoe is responsible for designing and implementing people strategies across the business.

Reflecting on working alongside the initiative, Zoe said: "B&CE is always seeking ways to give back to the local community. Sponsoring the Young Start-up Talent allows us to play a positive role in the local community and gives us a great opportunity to help and inspire young entrepreneurs looking to start up their own business. On a personal note, I'm really looking forward to joining the judging panel and getting involved with local schools."

Co-founder of Young Start-up Talent, Lorraine Nugent, added: "We know that B&CE is passionate about inspiring young business minds across the area and we are extremely excited to be working with such an outstanding organisation."

The 121 speed networking event on 21 January at Basepoint Business Centre kicked off this year's process in the Gatwick Diamond, with applicants meeting an array of business professionals to discuss and talk through their business ideas with.
