Notice from West Sussex County Council regarding Manor Royal
Permission has been granted to advertise a proposed traffic Order the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting at all times (double yellow lines) and no waiting 6am-7am on lengths of Gatwick Road Service Roads.
As part of the legal process West Sussex County Council is required under the Road Traffic Regulation Act to undertake a formal consultation with you. I am pleased to attach a weblink. This will enable you to view:
• Plans showing the existing and proposed waiting restrictions
• Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order
• Public Notice outlining the proposal that will be advertised in the Crawley Observer
• Draft Order
