Manor Royal Jobs Board Launched

Manor Royal Jobs Board Launched

Job seekers from Crawley are now able to view vacancies and apprenticeship opportunities at companies located on Manor Royal Business District, thanks to a new online jobs board which has been launched by Manor Royal BID.

The Manor Royal Jobs Board enables employers based in the business district to advertise their vacancies online in one place, providing free and unlimited job postings for all companies located on Manor Royal Business District. The BID has teamed up with to provide the new service, which can be accessed from the home page of the Manor Royal BID website

Research suggests that despite a wealth of job opportunities available in the borough, Crawley residents have limited access into management and professional careers.  They are not taking the local higher paying jobs, which go to those who live outside of the area and commute in for work.   It is hoped that the new Manor Royal Jobs Board will highlight these opportunities and inspire more people to work locally.

Paul Searle, Manor Royal BID Board Member and Director of P&H Motorcycles, which is based in Gatwick Road on Manor Royal, is excited about what the new jobs board has the potential to do.  He said: “I am delighted to see this new service being launched by our BID.  I hope that it makes it easier for companies like mine to recruit more local residents, and I hope it helps people of all ages to discover more about the fantastic range of careers and jobs on offer in Manor Royal Business District.”

Shay Savage, Partnerships & Business Development Manager from LoveLocalJobs said: “We have worked with the BID for several years now and are delighted to further strengthen our partnership. We have already had an incredible response to the adverts that are already live on the site, and we only expect this to increase as awareness for the Jobs board is raised.”
