Fundamentals of Project Management
Managers that set up and manage projects often gain their experience the hard way; through trial and error. This can have consequences including unfeasible projects that have wasted time, effort, money and can cause stress, anxiety and embarrassment for the manager.
Some managers that have attended Project Management courses have found they had slipped back into old habits and practices and subsequently not maximised the full projects potential. This may be due to time, resources, assumptions or personality types.
Agile is not always the best method and can be misused on certain projects. Create a more bespoke way of project managing recognising the complexity of this new fast changing environment.
