The Board provides strategic oversight of the BID. It is made up of up to thirteen people, of which BID members must make up at least half. The Board meets quarterly.
The Board is supported by a Management Group that provides advice and scrutiny on operational matters and oversight of new and existing projects. The Board and Management Group are made up of Manor Royal business representatives and is supported by individuals from partner organisations like Crawley Borough Council and West Sussex County Council.
